A session is one visit, and bot sessions don’t count. Recording never stops when you reach your plan’s sessions. Agency per-client logins and single sign-on are planned.
The plans differ in how much they hold. Only Scale and Agency can run AI Insights through Amazon Bedrock in Australia. AI Insights are on for each site unless you turn them off in its settings.

Sign up and you get the Growth plan free for 14 days, with no card needed. Before the trial ends, an owner picks a plan in Settings → Billing. If nobody does, the dashboard pauses until a plan is chosen. Your sites keep sending data in the meantime, and [how long we keep it before deleting it]. Scale and Agency start with a conversation: email us.
One visit to your site. A session ends after 30 minutes without activity. Sessions we score as bots or likely bots don’t count. Visits from your own team do count, and so does each page load of a visitor who is only counted under your privacy settings: nothing is stored in their browser, so their page loads can’t be joined into one visit.
Nothing breaks. Recording never stops, and we don’t charge for extra sessions. The dashboard shows a banner at 80% and 100% of the month’s sessions, and workspace owners get one email at each. If you’re over [for two months in a row], we’ll get in touch about a plan that fits.
The Insights you have stay, and new ones wait until your next billing period starts. Each issue or change the AI reviews uses one AI Insight, whatever it finds, and so does a second look when an issue doubles, comes back after you resolve it, or reaches 3 visitors after a first look. First looks at new issues use at most half of the month’s.
A site is one website or app, with its own keys, hosts and settings. A seat is one person in your workspace; invitations that haven’t been accepted yet take a seat too.
Yes. A year costs the same as 10 months. Switch between monthly and yearly in the billing portal at any time.
There’s no GST to include. OnProd isn’t registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices, for customers in Australia or anywhere else.
By card, through Stripe. We never see your card number. Settings → Billing opens Stripe’s billing portal, where a workspace owner can change plans, switch between monthly and yearly, update the card, download invoices and cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and part periods aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it.
Export what you need before your plan ends, with the read API or the per-user export in Settings. After that, the workspace’s data is deleted within [30] days. The terms have the details.
